AN AFTERNOON IN THE VINES WITH THE GROWER AND MAKER!
There's a particular hour in Napa Valley — late afternoon, the light going gold across the rows, the day's heat easing off the hillsides — when a glass of wine tastes like the place it came from. We'd like to invite you to spend that hour with us.
Join winemaker Chris Corley for an intimate, private tasting through his own new line of wines, poured in the middle of the vineyard that shaped them.
After nearly four decades of making wine in Napa Valley, Chris has turned his attention to something personal: a small collection of wines made entirely on his own terms. Chris Corley Wines, CrauforD, and Barrelhead each represent a different thread of that thinking — different vineyards, different varieties, different questions he wanted to answer. This is a rare chance to taste them side by side, in sequence, with the person who made them.

What to expect
A guided tasting through a curated selection of current and library releases, poured and narrated by Chris himself. This isn't a tasting-room script. It's a conversation — about the vineyards, the vintages, the decisions made at three in the morning during harvest, and the small choices that separate a good wine from one worth remembering.
Seatings are very limited, since Winemaker Chris Corley and Winegrower Julianna Corley host every tasting personally. The setting is a working vineyard, with the vines close enough to touch and the valley open in every direction. Light seasonal bites will be served alongside the wines.
Guests will have the opportunity to purchase and take home any of the wines poured, including allocations not available elsewhere.
