The Corley Room at Casa Baloyan

We’re honored to have had a very special room at Casa Baloyan named in recognition of our family … The Corley Room.

The Corley Room at Casa Baloyan is a VIP Tasting Salon and Private Dining Room. It’s a wonderful space for smaller, intimate groups to taste through Casa Baloyan’s highly acclaimed estate grown wines from its ranch in Valle se Guadalupe, produced under the supervision of Winemaker Chris Corley.

The Corley Room is also a Private Dining Room, an intimate space to explore exquisitely paired dishes with our estate grown wines, prepared in Casa Baloyan’s winery kitchen by Executive Chef Allan Garcia.

Chef Allan takes pride in utilizing fresh, sustainable and organic ingredients while preparing inspired and thoughtful dishes to pair with our estate grown wines.
